Gerry Frawley

  • Retired from Upstate New York and moved to Brighton Lakes in January 2003
  • Hold two under graduate degrees and a graduate degree
  • Have extensive work experience ranging from management of a large retail store to large State prisons
  • Hold a Master Captain license and conducted over 4,000 Eco Tours in an airboat on Lake Tohopekaliga and worked for over eight years as a bass fishing guide at the local “Happiest Place in the World” for over 11 years
  • Own a business that involved me directly with large numbers of Brighton Lakes residents
  • Worked for the Brighton Lakes CDD Board of Directors
  • Was part of the initial team that started the Community Volunteer Patrol in our community.
  • Am an avid bass fisherman and personally stocked all of the lakes in Brighton Lakes with large-mouth bass, bluegill, thread fin shad, and golden shiners from our local waters when I moved into the community

Personal note from Gerry: “I have been very involved in our community since I moved here. I have a strong desire to serve my fellow residents but recognize we cannot easily go forward without the involvement of the residents of our community. I am retired again, but willing to hear from all home owners and strive to make things better for our community. ”
